Jim Eaton was born and raised in Nashville — back when the city looked and felt very different from the one people move to today. As a native, he brings something no newcomer can replicate: a lifetime of knowing Middle Tennessee from the inside. Not as data points, but as communities, neighborhoods, and the people who make them what they are.
Jim has worked in and around recording studios for 30 years — an industry built entirely on relationships, trust, and delivering results under pressure. He interned at Warner Bros. Nashville’s The Loft at 15, toured with artists across genres, and spent years in a business that required reading people, understanding what they actually needed, and delivering on that — every time.
That background translates directly to real estate. Jim has been in real estate for over a decade — years that overlap with his music career — and he brings the instincts of both worlds to every client he works with. Patience, precision, and the ability to advocate fiercely for someone else’s interests without losing sight of the bigger picture.
When he’s not working, Jim holds a 2nd Degree Dan Black Belt in Taekwondo, plays guitar, and is an avid Vanderbilt and Tennessee Titans fan. He lives and works in Franklin — and he’s not going anywhere.
